Описание:

IDT Corporation is a global communications company specializing in prepaid communication and payment services and serving as one of the largest international voice carriers. Its flagship brand, BOSS Revolution, offers money transfer, international calling, and mobile top-up services that help people stay connected and share resources with family and friends worldwide.

Задачи:

• Build and evolve the BOSS Revolution app, primarily developing product-led growth features such as referral programs, onboarding and activation funnels, promotional and reward mechanics, and experiments
• Build referral flows, onboarding and activation funnels, promotional and reward surfaces, and in-app surveys from product requirements through measured production results
• Run experiments using feature flags, remote configuration, variant assignment, guardrail metrics, and test results
• Define and implement Amplitude and Google Analytics events and properties, maintain event taxonomy, validate events before launch, and review funnel dashboards with product and data teams
• Integrate the campaign platform for targeted campaigns and remotely configurable content, with versioned fallbacks
• Integrate attribution, messaging, advertising, payment, and KYC SDKs using Flutter plugins and, where needed, Kotlin or Swift platform channels
• Ship features across home, calling, money transfer, top-up, subscriptions, payments, country selection, chat, and social flows, as well as performance and technical-debt improvements
• Own features within the app architecture and migrate legacy Provider/ViewModel code in touched modules to current patterns
• Develop within the Melos-managed monorepo, its dependency hierarchy, code-generation setup, shared design system, and per-package CI coverage gates
• Maintain healthy releases through trunk-based development, GitHub Actions, Fastlane, Crashlytics, product-metric monitoring, staged rollouts, and kill switches
• Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, data and BI, marketing, and QA; challenge requests that cannot be measured
• Use AI-assisted development tools, including Cursor, Claude Code, and Copilot, with repository prompts, agents, and MCP integrations

Требования:

• 5+ Years building mobile apps, including 3+ years with Flutter in production
• Strong Flutter and Dart skills, including structured state management, asynchronous programming, isolates, code generation, dependency injection, clean architecture, and modularization
• Hands-on experience with experiment-driven product development, feature flags, remote configuration, A/B rollout mechanics, and analytics instrumentation
• Experience with deep linking, including deferred deep links and App Links or Universal Links, and understanding of attribution flows
• Working knowledge of native Android (Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift) for platform-channel and SDK integrations
• Strong testing practices, including unit and Bloc tests with mocked collaborators and deterministic tests; comfortable working under coverage gates
• Full lifecycle experience with Git, CI/CD, code signing, store deployment, and post-release monitoring
• Product mindset, including working from PRDs with success metrics, proposing instrumentation and guardrails, and explaining trade-offs to non-engineers
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
