IDT Corporation, глобальная коммуникационная компания, ищет старшего разработчика для работы над Asterisk-ядром и сопутствующими модулями для облачных решений Net2Phone. Ваша роль охватит полный цикл разработки: от требований до выпуска, архитектуру и документацию, взаимодействие с командами и стейкхолдерами.

Требуется минимум 7 лет опыта, отличное владение Java и C, знание CI/CD, Linux и сетей, плюс опыт работы с MySQL и GCP.

Formación

• Не менее 7 лет опыта в продакшн-разработке крупных систем.
• Убедительный опыт работы с Java и C.
• Опыт CI/CD, облачных сред, Linux и сетей.
• Опыт с инструментами GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD и Maven.
• Связь с реляционными БД, особенно MySQL: проектирование схем, миграции и оптимизация запросов.
• Уровень английского не ниже B2.
• Готовность выступать техническим лидером.
• Умение работать в кросс-тиме с бэкендом, инфраструктурой/DevOps, QA и продуктом.
• Привычка к лучшим практикам, качеству кода и документации.
• Плюсом будет опыт GCP.

Responsabilidades

• Сотрудничать с бизнес-стейкхолдерами и участвовать в планировании продукта и спринтов.
• Вести полный цикл разработки ПО: от требования до развёртывания и поддержки.
• Разрабатывать и поддерживать архитектуру, документацию по дизайну и устранению проблем.
• Изучать новые технологии и подходы с технологически-нейтральной позицией.
• Анализировать трассировки, краши, утечки памяти и узкие места по производительности.
• Вносить патчи, бэкпорты и улучшения в исходный код Asterisk.
• Разрабатывать пользовательские модули на C по мере необходимости.
• Работать с Linux-системами и сетями, включая systemd, параметры ядра.
• Работать в облаках; предпочтение GCP.
• Участвовать в архитектурных решениях, проектировать и внедрять Asterisk dialplans.

IDT Corporation is a global communications company that provides prepaid communication and payment services and operates as an international voice carrier. Net2Phone provides unified cloud communications solutions, including VoIP services and tools for voice, messaging, chat, and domestic and international calling.

Задачи:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and participate in product planning and sprint backlog meetings
• Take responsibility for the full software development lifecycle, from understanding business requirements through coding, deployment, and maintenance
• Develop and maintain technical design, architecture, and troubleshooting documentation
• Explore new technologies and approaches with a technology-agnostic mindset
• Analyze stack traces, crashes, memory issues, and performance bottlenecks
• Implement patches, backports, and enhancements in Asterisk source code
• Develop custom C modules when needed
• Work with Linux systems, including systemd, networking, tuning, and kernel parameters
• Work with cloud environments; GCP is preferred
• Participate in architecture decisions
• Design and implement Asterisk dialplans

Требования:

• At least 7 years of production experience with large-scale deployments
• Strong hands-on experience with Java
• Hands-on experience with C
• Experience with CI/CD, cloud environments, Linux, and networking
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Maven
• Proficiency with relational databases, particularly MySQL, including schema design, migrations, and query optimization
• English proficiency at B2 or higher
• Readiness to act as the technical lead
• Ability to work cross-team with backend developers, infrastructure/DevOps, QA, and product owners
• Ownership of best practices, code quality, and documentation
