HireHi ищет руководителя фронтенд‑команды для проекта net2phone. Вы будете задавать техническое направление приложений и UI‑платформы, обеспечивать доставку в продакшн через десять production pods с использованием CloudFront и Lambda@Edge, а также поддерживать единый шаблон для новых проектов.

Требуется опыт управления распределенной командой, сильный React, миграция Angular→React в крупной кодовой базе, ответственность за доставку в продакшн и инциденты.

Qualifications

• Опыт руководства небольшой распределенной фронтенд‑команды и роста инженеров.
• Сильный опыт React; миграция Angular→React на крупных проектах.
• Опыт доставки фронтенда в продакшн: сборка, кеширование, CDN, релизы и инциденты.
• Ежедневная работа с инструментами разработки и ИИ‑ассистированными решениями.
• Свободное владение английским языком не ниже B1+.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction for the team's applications and shared UI platform
• Deliver applications to production across ten production pods through CloudFront and Lambda@Edge
• Own the team's application template used for new applications across the organisation
• Define code review standards, manage technical debt, and maintain the quality bar
• Run the team's scrum process
• Represent frontend in architecture discussions with backend, platform, and product leads
• Lead a distributed frontend team of three mid-level engineers, one senior engineer, and two QA engineers
• Grow engineers through hands-on leadership

net2phone provides a cloud communications product with web applications, administrative and operational consoles, call queue wallboards, a dialer, and shared UI platform packages.

Задачи

• Own the technical direction for the team's applications and shared UI platform
• Deliver applications to production across ten production pods through CloudFront and Lambda@Edge
• Own the team's application template used for new applications across the organisation
• Define code review standards, manage technical debt, and maintain the quality bar
• Run the team's scrum process
• Represent frontend in architecture discussions with backend, platform, and product leads
• Lead a distributed frontend team of three mid-level engineers, one senior engineer, and two QA engineers
• Grow engineers through hands-on leadership

Требования

• Experience leading a small distributed frontend team, including growing engineers and owning what the team builds and how
• Strong React experience
• Experience with legacy and greenfield codebases during a large Angular-to-React migration
• Experience owning frontend delivery to production, including builds, caching, CDN, releases, and production incidents
• Daily experience with AI-assisted development and agentic tooling
• Comfortable running scrum for a team
• English B1 or above
• Nice to have: Micro-frontends, AWS at the level a frontend owner needs, including CloudFront, Lambda@Edge, S3, and CloudWatch
