JR Automation, A Hitachi Group Company, is seeking a Fluid Power Assistant to support the assembly of automation equipment in Holland, MI. This full-time, onsite, hourly role offers hands-on learning in hydraulic/pneumatic systems, blueprint reading, and safety-focused practices.

You will lift up to 50 lbs, travel up to 20% as needed, and obtain licenses such as Hi-Lo forklift, aerial platform, and overhead crane during employment. A collaborative engineering-driven environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Proven mechanical aptitude with a safety and quality focus.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Assist with equipment assembly per approved design and specs.
