Job summary

JR Automation, a Hitachi Group Company, is seeking a Fluid Power Assistant in Holland, MI to support the assembly of automation equipment according to approved designs and customer specifications. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude and a safety-focused mindset, with the ability to work independently or on a team in a physical manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Proven mechanical aptitude with focus on safety and quality.
Ability to follow designs and customer specs in a manufacturing environment.
Willingness to travel up to 20% and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Assist assembly of equipment per approved design and specs.
Document and communicate build changes, issues, and progress.
Support ISO/Quality standards and project execution.
Read blueprints and identify fittings; learn hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting.
