Qualifications

• Handle inquiries and orders accurately and timely.
• Provide pricing and product information from records or with supervisor input.
• Coordinate with sales, fabrication and other departments to fulfill orders.

Responsibilities

• Receive inquiries and orders, verify part/assembly IDs, price per established practice.
• Assist customers with applications and make recommendations; assemble custom hose/tubing orders.
• Enter orders, obtain pricing, delivery details, and finalize with customers; support larger orders with quotations.
