Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking an Operations Integrator to own subsystems within the New Glenn program, shaping CONOPS, architecture, components, software, and integrated testing for flight vehicles. You will feed lessons learned into operations and work with launch teams on constraints, alerts, and limits.

The role requires strong diligence, data handling, and a passion for Blue Origin’s mission to enable millions of people living and working in space for Earth’s benefit.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field).
• 4+ years of proven experience with mechanical or pressurized systems.
• Experience with system engineering principles and processes.
• Experience in analysis, design, or integrated testing of mechanical or fluid power systems.
• Demonstrated understanding of mechanical or fluid system principles, components, and operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-directed and capable of balancing several tasks at one time.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time on console support for integrated tests, launch and recovery operations.
• Support hardware design reviews and technical assessments.
• Serve as a primary technical POC for design, test, software, operations, and refurbishment artifacts.
• Develop and maintain CONOPS documentation and detailed vehicle timelines.
• Define testing requirements, operations lifecycle, maintenance, and interfaces across the system.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, software, test, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Support failure analysis and corrective action implementation.
