Job summary

Pivotree seeks an experienced Fluent Commerce Team Lead to drive design, implementation, and support of enterprise-scale OMS solutions. You will lead a team of OMS developers and integration engineers, collaborating with client stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance orders management across omnichannel models.

Expertise in Fluent Commerce OMS, REST APIs, and event-based architectures is essential, as is experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and eCommerce platforms like Salesforce

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with enterprise systems.
• 3+ years hands-on with Fluent Commerce OMS.
• Strong knowledge of order lifecycle management and DOM.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Fluent Commerce OMS solutions.
• Design scalable, API-driven, and event-based OMS architectures.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of OMS developers and integration engineers.
• Coordinate integrations with ERP, payment gateways, WMS, and eCommerce platforms.
