Job summary

Ekloud Data Labs seeks a Salesforce OMS Developer to design, configure, integrate, test, and support omnichannel order management solutions. You will work with architects, analysts, integration teams, testers, and external partners to cover order capture, fulfilment, inventory, returns, refunds, and customer service processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce Order Management or comparable commerce/OMS platform experience.
• Experience implementing and managing OMS connectors and payment gateway adapters.
• Experience across eCommerce, POS, WMS, ERP, payment, tax, or logistics integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, and environment management.
• Proficiency with unit testing, Apex debugging, and production support.
• Experience with Git, Salesforce CLI, change sets, CI/CD tools.
• Ability to collaborate with architects, analysts, testers, stakeholders, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop Salesforce OMS capabilities from designs and requirements.
• Implement end-to-end order lifecycle: ingestion, validation, allocation, fulfilment, returns, refunds.
• Enable omnichannel fulfilment (Ship-from-Warehouse/Store, BOPIS).
• Build and maintain integrations with eCommerce, POS, WMS, ERP, and payment platforms.
• Develop Apex, LWC, flows, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration services.
• Configure data models, permissions, queues, automation, and inventory sync.
• Write unit tests and support testing, deployment, and production runs.
• Prepare technical docs, integration specs, and runbooks.
• Follow version control, code review, and release standards; facilitate knowledge transfer.

We are seeking a Salesforce OMS Developer to design, configure, integrate, test, and support omnichannel order management solutions. Working with architects, analysts, integration teams, testers, and external partners, the role covers order capture, fulfilment, inventory, returns, refunds, and customer service processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and develop Salesforce OMS capabilities from approved designs and business requirements.
• Implement the end-to-end order lifecycle: ingestion, validation, allocation, fulfilment, shipment tracking, cancellation, returns, exchanges, refunds, closure, and reconciliation.
• Enable omnichannel fulfilment, including Ship-from-Warehouse, Ship-from-Store, and Buy Online Pick Up In Store.
• Build and maintain integrations with eCommerce, POS, WMS, ERP, payment, tax, logistics, and customer service platforms.
• Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, flows, REST APIs, platform events, and integration services as required.
• Configure data models, validation, permissions, queues, notifications, automation, and inventory synchronization.
• Implement transformation, error handling, retries, monitoring, and reconciliation across integrations and data flows.
• Write unit tests; support system, user acceptance, performance, deployment, and production testing; and resolve defects.
• Prepare technical documentation, deployment notes, integration specifications, and runbooks.
• Follow development, version control, code review, and release standards; contribute estimates, workshops, and knowledge transfer.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience, with hands-on Salesforce Order Management or comparable commerce/OMS platforms.
• Strong hands-on expertise in implementing and managing OMS connectors and payment gateway adapters.
• Strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, Platform Events, REST/SOAP APIs, data modelling, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience delivering order lifecycle, fulfilment, returns, refunds, inventory, and payment-related processes.
• Integration experience across eCommerce, POS, WMS, ERP, payment, tax, or logistics platforms.
• Good knowledge of Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, queues, and environment management.
• Experience with Git, Salesforce CLI, change sets, DevOps Center, or comparable CI/CD tools.
• Proficiency in unit testing, Apex debugging, integration monitoring, production support, data mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and data quality.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, analysts, testers, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Exposure to Salesforce Agentforce, such as building or configuring AI agent actions for order-related tasks.

Preferred Experience and Certifications

• Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, or Data Cloud.
• MuleSoft or comparable integration middleware.
• Inventory and fulfilment platforms in retail, eCommerce, consumer goods, or logistics environments.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, Administrator, or B2C Solution Architect certification.
