Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Warehouse Picker / Packer for a flower bulb warehouse in a fast-paced setting. You will handle bulbs, soil bags, and related materials, packing orders and organizing pallets in refrigerated, dry, and greenhouse areas.

The role requires lifting 50–60 lbs regularly, basic math, and strong teamwork. English communication preferred; benefits and weekly pay available through Express.

• Must be detail-oriented with reliable counting ability.
• Able to thrive in fast-paced warehouse settings.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle and move flower bulbs, soil bags, and related materials.
• Stack and organize products on pallets using plastic crates.
• Perform general warehouse tasks as needed.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas.
• Assist in meeting daily productivity and accuracy goals.
