Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Warehouse Picker / Packer for a flower bulb warehouse in a fast-paced setting. You will handle bulbs, soil bags, and related materials, packing orders and organizing pallets in refrigerated, dry, and greenhouse areas.

The role requires lifting 50–60 lbs regularly, basic math, and strong teamwork. English communication preferred; benefits and weekly pay available through Express.

Job Title: Warehouse Picker / Packer

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, approximately 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Picker / Packer to join our team in a unique warehouse environment specializing in flower bulbs. This role involves working in a variety of conditions, including refrigerated cooler rooms, dry storage areas, and greenhouses. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hardworking, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle and move flower bulbs, soil bags, and related materials
• Stack and organize products on pallets using plastic crates
• Perform general warehouse tasks as needed
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas
• Assist in meeting daily productivity and accuracy goals

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50–60 lbs regularly
• Basic math skills and accurate counting ability
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Experience with order fulfillment and palletizing

Work Environment:

• Combination of refrigerated cooler rooms, dry storage, and greenhouse settings
• Physical, hands-on role involving lifting and movement throughout the shift
