Job summary

Surge Staffing is seeking a Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team in a fast-paced environment. This hands-on role involves picking, packing, sorting, palletizing, loading, and unloading products while following safety procedures.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks. Prior warehouse experience and familiarity with RF scanners are a plus. Training provided for equipment and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment or related role is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet productivity targets.
• Comfort with repetitive physical tasks and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Hand-stack individual cases and move products between pallets.
• Pick, sort, stage, and organize customer products.
• Load and unload products and materials.
• Move and stack products by hand or with material-handling equipment.
• Verify inbound and outbound products for accuracy and quantity.
• Enter information using RF scanners/computers accurately.
