Job summary

ID Logistics in Bellflower, CA is hiring a Picker/Packer to perform production tasks, pick orders, verify items, and prepare shipments. You will maintain clean work areas, document loads with photos, and replenish for the next shift. English communication is required; 1–2+ years in warehousing preferred.

This role is on-site with a standard daytime schedule. The benefits package includes medical/dental/vision, employer-paid life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, STD/LTD, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ yrs experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).
• This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Pick the order from the slot.
• Put the merchandise in the box.
• Send it to the line (ship).
• Replenish products for PTL machine for the next shift.
• Organize, tidy up and clean your work area and equipment.
• Report any errors or dysfunctions to the team leaders.
• Cross train in other areas of the department.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Manually remove dunnage from inbound loads.
• Document load with pictures using an application on company issued tablet.
• Manually restacking pallets as needed for shifted loads.
• Inspecting pallet quality.
• Manually wrapping pallets with stretch wrap as needed.
• Documenting pallets as they come in and go out in an excel spreadsheet.
• Always Maintaining clean work area.
