Job summary

Hamilton Connections, Inc. in Danbury CT is seeking a Flow Room Operator for a manufacturing environment. This temp-to-hire position runs Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m.

to 5:30 p.m., with a starting pay of $19.50 per hour. The role involves operating and setting up wave solder, selective solder, washing machines and contamination tester under supervision, performing basic assembly, and following documented instructions.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Able to handle physical aspects of the job.
• Able to pass pre-employment screenings.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

• Operate wave solder, selective solder, washing machines and contamination tester under guidance of area supervisor and manufacturing engineer
• Perform basic assembly operations following documented work instructions and/or customer documentation
• Work under close direction of supervisor, group leader, or designee
• Assignments may include component prep, manual assembly, mechanical assembly, board stuffing, wire prepping and termination, or other similar tasks
• Enter transactions into computer, completes logs and records as required
• Other tasks as assigned
