Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; related experience may substitute.
• Management onboarding programs must be completed.
• BS/BA degree preferred in Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop team members and provide functional leadership on day-to-day operations.
• Maintain on-site attendance, punctuality, and shift coverage.
• Track and communicate KPIs; monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Document performance, provide feedback, and support career development.
• Identify obstacles, allocate resources, and implement process improvements.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in all activities.
