Job summary

Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. seeks a Process Supervisor to manage shift operations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role focuses on meeting production goals, adhering to budgets, and upholding quality standards across departments.

The candidate should have a technical background with 5–7 years’ experience in manufacturing processes and strong leadership skills to drive safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement on site.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent in a technical discipline required or 10 yrs site experience in pharmaceutical injectables manufacturing as an alternative to a 4 year degree.
• 5-7 years experience in all aspects of the manufacturing process required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily manufacturing operations across a department or multiple departments.
• Identify resources to assist the department manager to meet the annual operating plan and budgetary commitments.
• Drive operational excellence and flawless execution in areas of cost reduction, productivity improvements, on-time delivery, and regulatory compliance.
• Enforce Safety and Quality commitments and ensure a positive, respectful working environment.
• Make staffing decisions and manage disciplinary issues up to suspensions/terminations.
• Maintain Lean Manufacturing principles and reduce product discrepancies through training and control systems.
• Regular and predictable onsite attendance and punctuality.
