Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, QC Labs in Columbus, OH. You will lead a team of 15–25 professionals, drive investigations to root cause, and ensure GMP-compliant analytical testing for commercial products and new launches.

The role emphasizes providing leadership, guiding QA activities, and aligning resources to meet testing requirements and timelines, with opportunities for development and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in a scientific discipline (Chemistry or Pharmacy) with 6+ years of lab experience in a regulated environment.
• 10+ years of experience with extensive knowledge of Quality/GMP regulations.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive supervisory experience in a large GMP lab or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Plan quality analytical activities to support site and international standards (ICH, FDA).
• Manage lifecycle support of finished products and APIs.
• Coach and develop a team of supervisors and individual contributors (15–25).
• Hire, supervise, evaluate, and develop staff at multiple levels.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of innovative technologies in the lab.
