Job summary

CarMax Milwaukie is seeking a Flow Inventory Associate to maintain accurate vehicle inventory and support the customer experience. You will receive, ship, and lot-maintain vehicles, handle merchandising, and ensure all cars meet CarMax standards.

Responsibilities include prepping returns, uploading photos, and moving vehicles as needed, with EH&S compliance and a fast-paced environment. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to read, interpret and transcribe data accurately for inventory records.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory by following CarMax processes.
• Receive and secure vehicles and prepare title packets for transfers.
• Perform lot maintenance and merchandising; keep display areas clean and organized.
• Prep vehicles for customer returns and loaners (washing/vacuuming).
• Execute photo station process for CarMax listings.
• Move vehicles on/off lot for repairs, storage, and auction support.
• Follow CarMax EH&S requirements and keep a clean work area.
