Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, Immunology or Life Science required.
• ASCP Registered preferred, NCA Certification preferred.
• 1–3 years related work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Follows SOPs for all specimen handling and testing to meet turnaround time expectations.
• Performs testing and data entry with flow cytometers and related procedures.
• Evaluates QC, calibration, and instrument performance; participates in proficiency testing and assay validation.
• Writes and maintains technical SOPs under supervision, and may train other staff.
