Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, Immunology or other Life Science discipline required.
• Analytical abilities to perform high, moderate, and waived complexity test procedures with accuracy.
• Experience with computer systems including web-based applications and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Follows SOPs for specimen handling and testing to meet turnaround times.
• Performs tests including T subsets, CD34 counts, and Leukemia/Lymphoma panels using 10-color flow.
• Maintains and troubleshoots instruments; participates in QC and instrument calibration.
• Participates in proficiency testing, assay validation, and potential training of staff.
• Communicates results clearly to Pathologists and Clinicians; ensures regulatory compliance.
