CSI Laboratories, a Fulgent Genetics Company, seeks a Flow Cytometry Technician to perform processing for leukemia/lymphoma and PNH testing, assist with QC/QA, and help manage specimens. The role involves instrument maintenance and participation in validation projects, with emphasis on sterile technique and accurate report handling.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 0–2 years of experience; certification (ASCP/NCA/HEW) is preferred for continued licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in laboratory science or related scientific field.
• 0-2 years of flow cytometry experience preferred but not required.
• Certification as a medical laboratory technologist or clinical scientist with a recognized agency (ASCP, NCA, HEW, etc).
• Laboratory personnel must complete continuing education hours to maintain licensure or certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform Flow Cytometry processing for Leukemia/Lymphoma and PNH testing.
• Assist with daily QC/QA, instrument maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with validation projects and specimen management including sterile split technique.
• Prepare reagents, stains, and media following laboratory protocol.
• Locate and maintain patient reports/folders using laboratory LIS.
