Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, Immunology or life science field.
• ASCP Registration preferred; NCA Certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of related laboratory experience required.
• Ability to perform high, moderate, and waived complexity tests accurately.

Responsibilities

• Follows SOPs for specimen handling and testing with timely turnaround.
• Participates in evaluation of new methods, writes SOPs, may train staff.
• Performs instrument start-up, maintenance, QC, data entry and assessment.
• Contributes to high quality results and supports inventory and supplies.
