Job summary

Waters Corporation invites applications for a Service Sales Representative focused on managing and growing service contract revenue for flow cytometry instrumentation. You will be the primary account manager for contracted services, renewals, and new opportunities within your territory.

In this remote/office-based role, you will collaborate with Field Service, Commercial Sales, and cross-functional teams, build strong customer relationships, and forecast pipelines to meet or exceed sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Prior sales experience; preference for service contract sales.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals via proactive opportunity development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and personal accountability.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining team connectivity.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% for meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets through territory execution, pipeline management, and forecasting.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to grow contract attachment, renewals, and service revenue.
• Engage customers via outbound calls, email, and meetings across organizational levels.
• Build knowledge of service offerings including contracts, support plans, and training.
• Manage contract opportunities from qualification through negotiation and close.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM and forecast systems.
