Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• Experience with Flow Cytometry preferred.
• AMT/ASCP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate and high complexity testing.
• Maintain and operate laboratory equipment with QC.
• Train staff and act as instrument supervisor when needed.
• Document results and ensure accuracy of patient records.
• Assist with specimen collection and phlebotomy as needed.
