Job summary

CLS Labcorp Central Laboratory Services Limited Partnership is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor for the Flow Cytometry Team in Indianapolis. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day lab operations, ensure the accuracy of tests, and mentor staff in a dynamic environment.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a life science field and at least six years of clinical laboratory experience. A $7,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• At least six years of clinical laboratory experience.
• Two years of Flow Cytometry experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Flow Cytometry Lab operations.
• Ensure accurate test performance and timely results.
• Train and mentor laboratory personnel.
