Job summary

PathGroup is seeking a Flow Cytometry Analyst to perform day-to-day flow cytometry analysis and reporting in the clinical laboratory. The role includes processing specimens, data interpretation, and collaboration with pathologists to compile reports.

Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree and national ASCP MT/CLS certification, with 1+ year of flow cytometry experience and ongoing certification maintenance.

Qualifications

• More than one year of technical experience in Flow Cytometry.
• More than two years of analyzing Flow Cytometry data from human samples.
• Must hold ASCP MT/CLS certification or equivalent.
• Must maintain continuing education for certification/licensure.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day flow cytometry analysis and reporting.
• Process specimens according to department protocols.
• Interpret data and communicate results to pathologists.
• Assist in QA/QC programs and CAP surveys.
• Maintain safety and comply with corporate policies.
