Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a Temporary Shipping/Receiving Coordinator to support our Warehouse/Shipping department for up to three months. The role coordinates daily shipping and receiving activities, maintains accurate documentation, and communicates with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely processing of shipments and receipts.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7AM to 4PM. The position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety, and the ability to input data into NetSuite while

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety, procedures, and PPE usage.
• Experience with inventory accuracy and data entry.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data entry in NetSuite.
• Communicate with carriers and internal departments.
• Ensure shipments and receipts are processed accurately and timely.
• Support safety, organization, and inventory accuracy goals.
