Job summary

Winland Foods, Inc. is hiring a Press Operator (Flour) to keep our high-speed production lines running safely and efficiently at our Lee's Summit facility. You’ll operate, troubleshoot, and changeover equipment, monitor quality, and ensure accurate labeling and packing, on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, forklift certification (or willingness to obtain), and a minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or food production experience.
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor processing machinery and equipment.
• Perform equipment changeovers and basic troubleshooting.
• Inspect products for correct labeling and quality.
• Record inventory transactions in SAP and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA and safety policies.
