Job summary

Winland Foods, Inc. in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator (Days) to safely operate forklifts and manage material flow. You will support inventory, packing, and shipping activities while ensuring compliance with GMP and SQF standards.

The role requires 18+ years of age, a High School Diploma or GED, and may include forklift certification or SAP experience. The schedule runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; forklift certification a plus.
• IThe candidate should have experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and SAP inventory systems.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, wrapping machines and related equipment.
• Move materials and ensure FIFO rotation; stage materials to prevent downtime.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in inventory counts.
• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement efforts.
