Job summary

CNH Industrial in Florida seeks a senior Market Commercial & Technical Training Lead to support customers, dealers, and field teams. You will deliver training, coordinate cross-functional resources, and resolve product issues to maximize value from CNH products.

The role requires time at a CNH facility and travel across Florida, with strong communication skills and a background in agriculture, construction, or related equipment. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Teaches and communicates technical/commercial topics to diverse audiences.
• Experience supporting customers, dealers, or field teams in senior roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior resource for key customers and dealers in Florida and build equipment knowledge.
• Develop and coordinate cross-functional support plans with sales, product, and training teams.
• Resolve complex product issues with internal and external partners.
• Explain product features clearly, emphasizing value and productivity.
• Identify training needs and deliver via instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on sessions.
• Support product launches with training and field readiness activities.
• Share feedback with Sales, Marketing, PM, Engineering, and Training teams.
• Maintain field presence through events, demos, and dealer activities.
