Key responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, performing roof inspections, and building relationships with various clientele. Qualifications

• 3+ years of roofing, construction, or in-home sales experience.
• Proven ability to close high-value deals.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

Responsabilités

• Generate and close residential and light commercial reroof sales.
• Perform roof inspections and present proposals to customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution.
• Build relationships with homeowners, HOAs, property managers, and insurance contacts.
• Identify storm-related and insurance restoration opportunities.
