Ellie Mental Health is seeking a Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) for our Naples/Estero outpatient clinics in Florida. The role combines clinical care with supervising interns, in a blended in-person and tele-health model with some remote options.

The position supports 15–25 hours weekly, offers competitive compensation ($60,000–$85,000 annually) and opportunities for professional development, licensure support, and supervision within a supportive, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field from an accredited program.
• Active clinical licensure (PsyD or PhD) in Florida.
• Minimum 5 years post-licensure experience in psychological assessment and psychotherapy.
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience supervising graduate interns or post-doctoral fellows.
• Multicultural competence in mental health.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation in a timely manner.
• Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant a plus).
• Spanish language is desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision of registered interns (RMHCI, RCSWI, RMFTI).
• Deliver direct clinical services to individuals, families, and groups using evidence-based modalities.
• Review and revise interns' documentation to meet professional standards.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to advance community mental health goals.
• Attend and participate in clinical team meetings and trainings.
• Respond to communications from Clinical Director and Owner in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include:

• Clinical supervision of registered interns (RMHCI, RCSWI, and RMFTI) to assist with case conceptualization, treatment plans, and documentation.
• Direct clinical services for clients (individuals, families, groups) utilizing evidenced-based modalities to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Review and revise documentation of services provided by registered interns that is consistent with professional standards and established clinical procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Attend and participate in all clinical team meetings and trainings
• Respond to communications and requests from Clinical Director and/or Owner in a reasonable & professional time frame

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Candidates are required to have a doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling or related field from an accredited college or university
• Active clinical licensure (PsyD or PhD) in the State of Florida·
• Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure experience in psychological assessment and psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults, and/or families
• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in supervising graduate interns and/or post-doctoral fellows in psychology or related fields.
• Multicultural competence in mental health
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
• Ability to speak Spanish is desirable, but not required
