Job summary

Vertex Service Partners is seeking a Florida Regional Director of Sales Enablement to lead training across the Florida markets. You will drive performance for new and veteran sales reps, serve as the region’s roofing expert, and mentor sales managers while shaping curriculum strategy for a growing national platform.

You will travel regularly for in-field coaching, co-lead VSU bootcamps, and guide the training team to improve NSLI and close rates across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven 1-call-close sales in tile/metal/shingle roofing for residential customers.
• Strong consultative selling approach and ability to teach its steps.
• Excellent classroom facilitation and coaching skills.
• Tech-savvy with ability to use AI tools and LMS platforms.
• Located in or willing to relocate to Florida; Orlando/Tampa proximity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Co-Lead VSU Training Programs: co-lead bootcamp sessions and teach the 10-step consultative process.
• Drive Florida regional performance: own post-VSU rep performance across all Florida markets.
• Field coaching & sales manager mentorship: travel for in-field coaching and leadership development.
• Training strategy & curriculum development: design and refine training materials with leadership.
