Job summary

Empower Rental Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in Florida. This field-based leadership role drives profitable growth, develops sales talent, and strengthens execution across ERG branches.

You will mentor OSRs and SOCs, coach Branch Managers, monitor performance, and align sales with operations to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. The ideal candidate resides in the North Region, travels regionally (60-70%), and leads initiatives to improve revenue, margins, and market share

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading multi-unit sales or branch teams in equipment rental or construction.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility.
• Proven ability to recruit, train and retain high-performing sales staff.
• Excellent communication, leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor OSRs and SOCs to build a regional sales team.
• Coach Branch Managers on sales management, rate discipline, and pipeline health.
• Lead regular performance reviews and monitor revenue, activity, and margin goals.
• Drive growth via new accounts, market expansion, and customer retention.
• Promote HubSpot CRM adoption and data accuracy across branches.
