Meritage Homes in Florida seeks a Marketing Specialist to support the Division Marketing Leads in the Florida region and help execute the annual marketing plan to meet division goals.

You will plan annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing efforts alongside division leads, develop collateral, manage content across websites and social channels, and coordinate agent events while ensuring brand standards and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of marketing experience.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing corporate social media platforms.
• Advanced computer skills: MS Office, CMS tools and design software.

Responsabilités

• Support Division Marketing Leads in the Florida Region.
• Plan annual, quarterly and monthly marketing efforts including promotions and agent outreach.
• Develop and execute marketing collateral and campaigns; ensure brand adherence.
• Perform website audits and optimize content; provide strategic positioning ideas.
• Support national marketing initiatives and special projects.
• Coordinate planning and execution of agent events.
• Plan content and posting on division social media channels.
• Handle vendor setup and contracting tasks.
