Meritage Homes Corporation seeks a Marketing Specialist to support the Division Marketing Leads in Florida and help execute the annual marketing plan. You will assist with planning, collateral creation, and content across websites and social media.

The role requires collaboration across teams, strong writing/editing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced homebuilding environment. Travel to multiple Florida markets may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required.
• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in homebuilding or real estate.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication; strong proofreading.
• Experience managing corporate social media platforms.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with eblast systems and website CMS.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing relationships with marketing-related vendors.

Responsabilités

• Support Division Marketing Leads in executing the annual marketing plan.
• Strategically plan marketing efforts across annual, quarterly and monthly timelines.
• Develop and execute marketing collateral and campaign materials; ensure brand adherence.
• Perform website audits and provide content/positioning recommendations.
• Assist with coordination of agent events and social media content planning.
• Handle departmental admin tasks including vendor setup and contracts.
