Qualifications

• 7+ years of success in public sector technology services sales, business development, or capture in Florida.
• Demonstrated ability to win new business in IT consulting, systems integration, digital transformation, cloud, cybersecurity, or managed services.
• Strong knowledge of Florida public sector procurement, RFx processes, and agency buying cycles.
• Established relationships with agency leaders, procurement stakeholders, and influencers in Florida.
• Executive-level communication, negotiation, and storytelling with data-driven pipeline forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth strategy for the State of Florida account landscape, including target agencies, contracts, and priority pursuits.
• Identify, qualify, shape, and close opportunities across consulting, SI, cloud, cybersecurity, data, AI, and managed services.
• Build executive relationships with client stakeholders, partners, and influencers across Florida public sector.
• Lead pursuit strategy from positioning to close, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline, forecasts, and governance to meet revenue goals.
• Represent IPS in the market through client meetings and events to expand brand presence.
• Monitor agency priorities and procurement trends to anticipate needs across Florida government.
