Job summary

Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. (IGH) is seeking an Employment Coach for the Florida National Guard Employment Support Program.

The role focuses on delivering employment support to Soldiers, Airmen, and families, balancing civilian employment with military service. The Employment Coach will build relationships with employers, provide coaching and job-search support, track progress, and coordinate briefings at Guard and Reserve units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferred in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in employment services or case management is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Contact unemployed service members and dependents bi-weekly to assess options (employment, education, apprenticeships).
• Provide coaching, counseling, training, resume writing, and interview prep.
• Coordinate with employers and local/state/federal resources to match opportunities.
• Document activities and outcomes; maintain client and employer databases.
• Attend events and briefings; travel to Guard/Reserve units as needed.
