Job summary

Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. (IGH) is seeking an Employment Coach for the Florida National Guard Employment Support Program to assist Soldiers, Airmen and families in balancing civilian employment with military service.

The role focuses on outreach, coaching, and matching candidates with employer opportunities in Florida and beyond. The position requires strong communication, relationship-building, and program coordination, with occasional travel for events and briefings supporting

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent
Prior case management or employment services experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook; knowledge of ESGR and USERRA beneficial

Responsibilities

Coordinate bi-weekly outreach to unemployed service members and spouses.
Evaluate job seekers and present employment, education, and apprenticeship options.
Provide job search support, resume writing, interview preparation, and follow-up.
Develop employer relationships and refer service members to openings.
Schedule briefings with units and gather employment data.
Maintain client and employer databases and track placements.
