Job summary

Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. (IGH) seeks an Employment Coach in Florida to support Soldiers, Airmen and families within the Florida National Guard Employment Support Program. You will balance civilian employment with military service, matching employers with skilled Guardsmen and veterans.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and strong communication, case-management or HR experience, and involves outreach, training, and ongoing follow-up with service members, families and employers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related field.
• Prior case management or employment services experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Knowledge of ESGR programs, USERRA, and DoD directives is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Contact unemployed service members and spouses bi-weekly and evaluate options.
• Develop relationships with employers and coordinate job leads and placements.
• Provide coaching, resume writing, interview preparation and follow-up.
• Schedule briefings at Guard/Reserve units and document data.
• Attend job fairs and ESGR events as needed.
