Job summary

Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. (IGH) is seeking a Lead Employment Coach for the Florida National Guard Employment Support Program based at JFHQ in St. Augustine, FL.

You will provide employment services to Soldiers, Airmen, and families, aligning civilian work with military duties and connecting them with employers. Responsibilities include coaching, resume development, job search support, outreach to employers, data tracking, reporting, and collaboration with ESGR and unit leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in HR, psychology, business, or social science.
• Experience in employment services, case management, or human resources is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and writing skills are essential.
• Ability to manage time and priorities, and build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide employment coaching, counseling, training, and job-search support.
• Follow up on client progress, document interactions, and report outcomes.
• Coordinate with local/state/federal resources and refer service members to opportunities.
• Deliver outreach to employers, develop relationships, and document activities.
• Schedule briefings with Guard units and maintain a client database.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports and monitor KPIs and metrics.
• Oversee data management and maintain quality control plans.
• Lead ESGR collaboration and participate in events (up to 3–4 per month).
• Occasional weekend work aligned with drill weekends.
