Job summary

LivCor, a Blackstone portfolio company, is hiring an Associate, Asset Management to support its Florida multi-family portfolio. Based in Chicago or Atlanta, you will help oversee assets and identify opportunities to improve value.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute asset strategies, prepare business plans, and underwrite valuations, dispositions, and hold/sell analyses as part of ongoing portfolio optimization.

Responsibilities

• Assist with oversight of a portfolio of assets, identifying viability and capital-market opportunities.

• Prepare asset strategy reviews and guide the asset/operating team through execution.
• Prepare underwriting for property valuations, dispositions, and hold/sell analyses.
