Job summary

LivCor, a Blackstone portfolio company, is hiring an Associate, Asset Management to support its Florida multi-family portfolio. Based in Chicago or Atlanta, you will help oversee assets and identify opportunities to improve value.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute asset strategies, prepare business plans, and underwrite valuations, dispositions, and hold/sell analyses as part of ongoing portfolio optimization.

Role Overview

LivCor, a Blackstone portfolio company, is a real estate asset management business specializing in multi-family housing, responsible for a portfolio of over 400 Class A and B properties comprising more than 150,000 units across the United States. LivCor is hiring an Associate, Asset Management to support its Florida portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with oversight of a portfolio of assets, identifying economic viability and capital-markets outcome opportunities for each
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party operating partners to optimize portfolio performance
• Prepare asset strategy reviews (business plans) for assigned assets and help guide the asset/operating team through execution
• Prepare underwriting for property valuations, dispositions, and hold/sell analysis
