Job summary

INLIVIAN is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee the day-to-day viability of its multifamily portfolio, land, and commercial facilities. The role partners with Project Management and Finance to ensure accurate pro-forma models and forecasts.

You will gather market data, monitor budgets, support lease-up of new properties, and ensure compliance with EEOC, Fair Housing, LIHTC, and related regulations. A 3+ year background in real estate and a bachelor’s degree are required, with AHMA certification

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in real estate or similar industry.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required in multifamily real estate asset management.
• Certification must be obtained within 24 months: Certified Housing Asset Manager.

Responsibilities

• The Asset Manager oversees daily viability of the multifamily portfolio, land, and commercial facilities.
• Performs monthly financial analysis, pro-forma, and forecasting for operating and development assets.
• Gathers market data, prepares market narratives, reports, and summaries to inform operations and strategy.
• Monitors budgets and coordinates with developers, operations, and property management for corrective actions.
• Tracks sales progress and lease-up timelines; ensures timely regulatory and tax exemption filings.
• Advocates process improvements to boost revenue, reduce costs, and enhance asset performance.
• Maintains comprehensive files for operating, management, and development agreements.
