Job summary

Chrysalis Health, Inc. is seeking a Master’s level Mental Health Therapist, Counselor or Social Worker to join our Florida team.

Most sessions are in-person with telehealth options, serving diverse populations from children to adults, with supervision and career growth opportunities. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience with mental health counseling or social work preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse populations (children to adults).
• Proficiency in documentation and treatment planning in EMR.
• Comfort with in-person and telehealth modalities.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the mental health needs of clients across ages.
• Conduct screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals.
• Deliver services primarily in-person with telehealth options.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and school counselors.
• Advocate for patient access to community resources.
• Communicate treatment plans and progress to clients and families.
• Provide individual and family therapy on psycho-social issues.
