Job summary

Chrysalis Health in Florida is hiring a Master’s Level Mental Health Therapist, Counselor or Social Worker to provide individual and family therapy across ages. Most sessions are in‑person, with telehealth options for flexibility.

You will join a supportive team, with an assigned Clinical Manager and mentor, and benefit from supervision, a stable caseload, and comprehensive benefits. Applicants must reside in Florida and hold a relevant Master’s degree.

Qualifications

• Must reside within the State of Florida.
• Master’s degree from an accredited university in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Ability to document therapy services in EMR platform.
• Flex hours to meet client scheduling needs and provide services in client homes, schools, and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clients across ages and diagnoses.
• Conduct and document screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals.
• Deliver services in the community; some sessions may be telehealth.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to improve clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors, and other providers.
