Qualifications

• Must reside within the State of Florida.
• Master’s degree from an accredited university in Psychology, Social Work, MFT, or related field.
• Ability to flex hours to meet client scheduling needs.
• Flexibility to provide services in client homes, schools, and other community settings.
• Ability to document therapy services in EMR.
• Transcripts must show coursework in key areas such as Growth & Development, Diagnosis & Treatment, Counseling Theories, and more.
• Commitment to OPTimal work-life balance and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the mental health needs of clients across ages and diagnoses.
• Document screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals.
• Deliver services in community settings; some sessions via telehealth.
• Use evidence-based practices to improve clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with caregivers and other health professionals for optimal care.
• Advocate for patient access to community resources.
• Communicate treatment plans and progress to clients and families.
• Provide individual and family therapy for psychosocial issues.
