Job summary

Chrysalis Health, Inc. seeks a Master’s level Mental Health Therapist, Counselor or Social Worker to join its Florida team. Most sessions are in person with some telehealth options. The role offers mentorship, flexible hours, and a robust benefits package.

As a clinician, you will provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families, supported by clinical supervision, licensure assistance, and a dedicated clinical manager to optimize daily practice.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Psychology, Social Work, MFT, or related field.
• Must reside in Florida and be eligible to practice.
• Ability to document therapy services in EMR and manage caseloads.
• Comfort in providing in-person and telehealth services as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine comprehensive mental health needs across diverse ages.
• Conduct screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals.
• Deliver therapy services in the community with some telehealth options.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, schools and other professionals.
• Advocate for patient access to community resources.
• Communicate treatment plans and progress to clients and families.
• Provide individual and family therapy on psycho-social issues.
• Demonstrate professionalism to reassure clients of high-quality care.
