Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate supervision to resident clinicians and to deliver telehealth services to clients nationwide, while supervising remotely from Florida. Key responsibilities include supervising a minimum of six resident clinicians, weekly group supervision, and individual supervision for every 15 clinical hours.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Florida as LCSW.
• Willing to supervise residents remotely from Florida.
• Experience in behavioral health supervision and telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to a minimum of six resident clinicians.
• Offer weekly group supervision and individual supervision for every 15 clinical hours.
• Maintain a clinical caseload with available client hours weekly.
• Oversee documentation and coaching on professional and clinical development.
• Coordinate with the Regional Clinical Director on performance issues.
