Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Florida to provide a mix of clinical supervision and telehealth sessions, with opportunities for face-to-face sessions at multiple Florida locations. Supervisors will oversee resident clinicians, conduct weekly group supervision, and maintain a clinical caseload while documenting supervision activities.

Candidates must be an LCSW licensed in Florida and able to supervise in a remote setting within the state.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Florida.
• Experience supervising residents and providing group/individual supervision.
• Wamiliar with telehealth and clinical technology.

Aufgaben

• Provide supervision to resident clinicians (minimum six).
• Conduct weekly group supervision and individual supervision.
• Maintain a clinical caseload with availability for clients (≥10 hours/week).
• Oversee documentation and coaching related to supervision and performance.
• Collaborate with Regional Clinical Director on performance issues.
